At Mechanism, we stand behind the precision and quality of our electronic components and devices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mechanism account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a valid return processing.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
